Measuring the results
Data collected from a 100ml sample of frosco foam under lab conditions. As temperatures drop well below freezing here you can see the latent heat effect maintaining a temperature of 0C for a prolonged period of time. In the field where temperatures are dropping to minus 8C a 100ml dollop of foam will maintain the temperature above sub zero all night.
